Remove in the first line the "Official/ Recommended" words, so that there
ist just

in your language.

Do the next in the second sentence, remove the words 

"officially recommended DALnet", so that there is only:


<p>The following is a listing of the various Help Channels and the topics which they cover.</p>

in your langage.
