We have a docs file to update since the MKICK command changed
Go to the directory http://docs.dal.net/xml/csaccess/
Chose the english folder
Open http://docs.dal.net/xml/csaccess/en/csaccess-1.1.3.xml scroll to the section 2 (What AOPs and SOPs are). 

This section must be changed (in your language) :

1) Scroll to the following item "AOPs have the following powers:" and change it to:

    They can use the MDEOP command to solve channel takeover problems, but
    this will not work if SOPs or the founder are on the channel.

<command>/chanserv help mdeop</command>
)

2) Scroll to the following item "SOPs have the following additional powers:" and ADD this :

the new file must be saved as csaccessxx-1.1.3.xml (where xx is your language acronym).
