Here are the changes to nickserv:

Go to line 755 and the line there should look like this:
<line>/nickserv set email <param>Password</param> [<param>email address</param>]</line>

The added part is the <param>Password</param>

Then go to line 771 and add there to the command:
 "ILovePeanutButter" 

to represent the PASSWORD.
