Go to http://docs.dal.net/xml/channels/ and choose your file language, go to line:

    </list>
   </section>

change it to:

     <item><title>#arab</title><p>  <emphasis>Arabic</emphasis></p></item>
    </list>
   </section>

*THEN* add this below the line with the next </section> tag:
