Hi there, 

please go to the section "channelmode +R" and find the following sentence:

"Unregistered nicks who are on a channel after +R is set will lose the 
ability to send messages to the channel until they become umode +r."

This is wrong. Please delete that sentence in your language. 

After that there is a link: See section section 3.2.

This link should stay, just add before: For the usermode +r .....



Under the Oper Mode +s, copy the entire text and tags in this section and move
it under User modes after +R.

This update wont need any version number changes.
