Please go to http://docs.dal.net/xml/nsemail, choose your language folder and save the xml files into your computer.

Within an hour or so, you will receive email from "DALnet User Registration"
 sent to the address you have set. In this mail you will be told your 
 authorization (AUTH) code and how to use it, to complete your nickname 
 registration. <emphasis type="strong">However,</emphasis> if you missed to complete your registration, 
 the next time you connect to DALnet you will 
receive a notification from NickServ telling you the registration of 
your nickname is not completed. Here is an example of what you will see:
